Tiny Mac Burgers
I bet you thought I have forgotten this hobby of mine. But due to a request by SERENA, who was craving for McSpicy, I started on my Clayfanatism again.
Presenting the McSpicy, which does not really look like McSpicy.
Inspiration came and I did the Double Cheeseburger. Reason why I chose the Double Cheeseburger was because the vegetables were crap to do. I could not mix the correct shade of green, and I have not found a fool proof way of making them. Thus, pardon me for the crappy lettuce.
AND HORROR OF ALL HORRORS! I went out, and returned home to find my beloved tiny burgers squashed!!! Culprit was not found. I had not baked them because I like to wait for more and bake them together.
Even though squashed, the Double Cheese burger looks quite good eh.
As mentioned in my previous post, I had blurred vision. But I could not stand my beloved burgers being squashed, so despite suffering from blurred vision, I remade them.
McSpicy which looks like McChicken. Sesame seeds look purrrrrrrfect!
Double Cheeseburger. I think the bun may be a bit too small.
BIG MAC! No idea why the sesame seeds ran out of place.

This time, I made sure I baked them immediately after I had completed. No more squashed burgers!!

Clay Time Yet Again
A few days ago I went on a sushi craze. I bet you thought I will forget this expensive hobby of mine! But as I was cleaning the dust of my old miniatures, I had this sudden impulse to craft again. Yay for me!
As I mentioned earlier, I was in a sushi craze. So I made different Makis.
They are rolled into rolls and then cut after being partially cured (baked). Some aren't cut very well, so I had to do a QC. Choose those that look nice or try to make them look better.
Japanese Cucumber Maki. I forgot what's it called in Japanese.
Tamago Maki
Salmon Maki and California Maki. The Salmon Maki is a little bigger than it's supposed to be. =(
After QC. Some are still a little ugly so I had to do some correction.
Being placed onto "plates". Some are without the wasabi and pink ginger, they were added on later.
My first attempt at Temaki! WOOHOO! Tempura's color is off, I shaded it after I took the photo.
Salmon Sashimi. I underestimated the amount of translucent for the "fats", hence the odd coloring. Damn. Will try this again.
My beloved Pandan Cake!!
On a
Red Velvet Cake with cranberry topping. Also my first attempt at doing "whipped cream". I kinda failed. The whipped cream blended in together too quickly. Psst, this was done by added corn flour! =|
DONUTS AGAIN!!
I added more to my previous donut collection. Some were done today, some were done on the sushi day and some were done weeks ago. Boy, these donuts look so cute!
Try guessing the flavors! =D
I made a bowl specially to contain my many donuts. They are so tiny. It took me half a day to do 15 of them. Made my neck and back all cranky.

Recently, I've started my clay madness again. I wake up to make some clay and I go to sleep thinking about how I should craft my next piece. Haven't been too productive, as I am experimenting on mooncakes. But obviously it isn't successful, because you don't see me flaunting those pictures in your face.
So here's one picture of my recent craze, donuts.

The Old Pastime
Yes, it's finally clay time again. I admit I have lost quite some motivation in doing these. However!! I shall allow my money to go to waste; therefore, showcase again!

Flower Power!

My right lower eyelid has been twitching for the past 2 or so weeks. It's annoying as hell. It's said to be due to tiredness. Perhaps. Perhaps not, cause 9AM to 1.30PM classes and I nap from 3PM onwards to whatever timing I like.
Eye muscle spasms, that's what it's called, or eye muscle cramp.

It's (Thursday) night, but it feels like (Friday) night already.
It feels like it's a Saturday tomorrow.
But I don't look forward to weekends anymore.
This semester is one of the worst I've ever had. It's so torturous, so incomprehensible, so unbelievable. I have essays to had up every other week and I've to sit through lectures where I have absolutely no clue what the damned lecturer is talking about. And the best thing? I have negative motivation to do anything at all. My behavior irks me, but what do I do? I sit back and point fingers at myself, nothing more.
Talks to self: Tell me, what are you gonna do about it?
Self says: Fuck off.

I made these about a week ago cause I saw a really lovely pair in Hong Kong. But I think I failed in trying to replicate it.

Katsu curry don

California Maki. I kinda like how it turned out. but the "seaweed" is a little smudged cause I cut it the day I made it.
The entire Japanese family. If you look carefully, I actually have Unagi Don, but I kinda destroyed them a little, so no close ups! Yes, I am like that.
Dim Sum!
A mistake! Supposed to be xiao long bao, but I forgot and put "prawns" inside. My sis came back and asked: is it harkow? I was like. No......... shit.
Longevity buns
Yam baos which turned out smaller than scale. So they are mini yam baos.
Cha siew chee cheong fun. Sauce is a little light, can't help it. I have problems with colors.
The dim sum family without the beef siew mai cause I was lazy to go get it.
Engrish foooods

Ice cream which got burnt while baking.
Cheesecake! With the mini strawberry slice. I can never get the strawberry of the correct color. It's so annoying.

Yeah, that's all for tonight folks. Blogger is being a bitch. No. My com is fucked up. I cannot view FB correctly on IE and Chrome. Same for blogger. Screwed up big time. So now I'm using Safari to do this and apparently Safari has a different coding system for image html. Screw you laptop. And don't ask why I have so many browsers. I just do. So, screw you.
I'm off to the haven of Dim Sum and Wanton Noodles in 4 hours, together with a leaking nose. Oh no.... That is bad luck.
Went Chomp Chomp with Uni folks last night (Tues) and we ate all the heaty food. BBQ Stingray, BBQ chicken wings, Satay and Hokkien Mee. And so I said to them, "the food so heaty, later get sick." And so RJ said, "where got so suay......"
And so, Me the Suay Queen got sick. Just one day before take off.
HAIL THE SUAY QUEEN!!! THE MOTHER OF SUAYNESS.
And so, I realised how drowsiness is like today cause I took flu meds. It's terrible. I didn't know it would be like that cause it has been ages since I last took flu meds; I don't believe it works. But desperate times calls for desperate measures. Drowsiness started with shaky hands, then light headed which I felt like I was dreaming, giddiness, and more dream-like feeling. It's bad. It's very bad.
